Did you Print or Download all of your Certificates? (For your personal record and to confirm that you provided correct information).
Are all of your Certificates reflecting the CORRECT License Number beginning with the Alphabetical Characters "RN”, “PN”ect... with NO SPACE between the Alphabetical and Numerical Characters, etc. and is all the additional information correct?
If you answer “YES” to all 3 questions above, then proceed to the State Site http://www.floridashealth.com/ We take care of all the reporting for you.
